GoRails forum report spam feature - broken?

Been trying to report spam recently and get "The page you're looking for doesn't exist" - on Firefox 87.0a1.

Is anyone else able to report spam on this forum?

If not, is there another preferred way to report spam?

Looks like maybe Rails UJS isn't firing the request as a PUT. I'll take a look and see if I can reproduce it. 👍
