Created an app with rails 6 & ruby 2.6.6
Issues
1:::: I edit files expect to refresh my browser & see changes... no changes noticed! I have to restart server to see any change? Is there not a better way or have l misconfigured something?

2::: Also when l click on any link from the navbar [ example contact, blog ...etc] it doesn't take me to the page but instead displays 2020 on the webpage instead linking to the page. Why???
