learning ruby

skriver asked in General

Hi)
probably I will ask a banal question, but I'm wondering if I can master ruby at a good level, which will allow me to get a position in the middle of the developer, against the background of the fact that I was not all smooth with math and I'm more of a humanitarian in thinking?

can I become a Junior developer in a year? if I take your course

I'm sorry if my questions are very stupid, I've spent most of my life working with people in sales and programming for me at the moment dark forest:)

You can definitely become a junior developer without knowing math super well. One of the nice parts about web development is that you are primarily working with HTTP requests and strings, not math. It's a great area to be in and unless you're building algorithms or something super performant, you won't have to worry about much math being involved day-to-day.
