I am interested in embedding a BI visualization tool such as Metabase - What have you done?

I am really interested in embedding Metabase or a similar BI visualization tool for my clients.
My application has multiple daily entries that would be useful for them to disect. I find the tool interesting to view all my client's data, but I want to add instant similar value.
In general, I would want to avoid individual user account creation but limit the BI data on a parameter.
As an example, users belong to a property and a property has multiple logs. So within the Logs table I would want the appropriate logs to be visible by any user of a property.

The tool is amazing and offers embeding. So this would be an immediate added value and I wouldn't have to slave over predetermining reports and building them per se.
