How do i resolve this error

Whenever i run this command
gpg --keyserver hkp://keys.gnupg.net --recv-keys 409B6B1796C275462A1703113804BB82D39DC0E3 \
7D2BAF1CF37B13E2069D6956105BD0E739499BDB
It shows an error: gpg: keyserver received failed: server indicated a failure
I had tried by writing --verbose and by mentioning port 80 also but it still shows same error.
Can you please help me to resolve thiz
