How do I create a gem for my ViewComponents that include Stimulus?

Can anyone point me at a guide or tutorial that will help me built a gem that does the following:

• Allows me to have my ViewComponents
• Styled with Tailwind
• Interaction with Stimulus controllers

The end goal is that I can use this gem in multiple products to have access to the consistent styles/design guide.
