Featured articles

Morning everyone. I'm currently working on a project with articles about cryptocurrency. Iḿ a beginner rails dev and I need your help to set a button in every article in the dashboard to set it as standard or featured article, and then, if the article is featured, show on top of the page. Thank very much in advanced.

I'm a novice rails developer, therefore I need your assistance setting up a button in each item in the dashboard to designate it as standard or featured, and then, if it is featured, to display at the top of the page. Many thanks in advance.
