Bootstrap-Sass Not working Entirely
I can tell that bootstrap is working but my navbar is not styled at all. I've tried several things to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This would be a huge milestone for me if I could get this working because I've followed several tutorials using bootstrap-sass and this continues to be a problem for me. I'm not sure if it happens to be the version of Rails (5.2.3) I am using or what.
