Vibration alerts for deaf users

Hi Chris,

I am new to Rails and to this forum. Is there a mechanism for receiving an alert when a 'ticket' comes in that not only makes a sound but vibrates loudly for deaf users ? All users - whether deaf or not could then use headphones so that other colleagues are not disturbed by these type of alerts.
