Testing ActiveStorage File Uploads and Fixtures Discussion

Should this work for system tests? When I try to run this in a system test attached? is true, blob exists, but there is nothing in tmp/storage, and when I try to access / generate a variant I get ActiveStorage::FileNotFoundError
