hello
i have this issue with postgres. I have manjaro (linux base) when i make the rails app i cannot connect the postgres with the rails app and research how to configure the database but i don't found nothing. i'm using PG 16 and pgadmin4. i hope can someone help me cuz i want to understand how to use postgres in my local machine and how to manipulate but that part i'm stuck.
