I see it's been a while since you've posted, but I'm curious—did you manage to get the reverse proxy working with dynamic subdomains on Caddy? I'm trying something similar and wondering how you're handling TLS for domains that get added on the fly. Did you have to reload Caddy each time, or did you find a better way around that?
