I've came across requirements that no JavaScript may be used on a website, which made developing certain navigation menus hard.

To this end I decided to create a CSS framework, HyperNav, which aims to make development of arbitrary navigation menus easier.

After a few months and several rewrites, I've finally gotten the framework ready for public previews.

I'd like that you'd comment on it. I'd especially appreciate if someone could compare the behavior between Safari, Safari Mobile and Chrome (I do not have access to an Apple device at the moment).
