Getting slowness on passenger servers in our prod env when large number of web services are being hit from another application server .
At the time of load on passenger there is no load on our DBserver.
we have set wait_timeout as 900 sec and reconnect is false in our database yml file and we have tried with reducing wait_timeout value but no luck.
Please check and update if anyone has faced such issues .
